Versalis completed the financial close for the Sustainable Chemical Recycling through Hoop® Technology (SC-HOOP) Project, achieving a critical step in the development and realization of the SC-HOOP plant which in 2023 was awarded the EU Innovation Fund (IF). This milestone officially confirms that all the project and financing agreements have been signed and all the required conditions have been met in compliance with the Grant Agreement.
The completion of the financial close ensures the project progression and represents Versalis’ commitment to technology innovation and circularity, in line with the ongoing strategic transformation path.
