Born in Rome in 1967, with a degree in Law and Labour Law. Since March 7, 2024 he is Head of HR Business Partner at Versalis.
Experience
In 1991, during his university studies, he joined Agip Gas as Human Resource Management Specialist. In 1996, he graduated in Law at the La Sapienza University, Rome, and in 2000 he became HR and Labour Relations Manager.
In 2006, he was HR Manager for Group companies Polimeri Europa and Syndial, in Priolo, Ragusa and Gela.
In 2009, he became HR Vice President of Eni Procurement, Eni Servizi and Servizi Aerei until 2012, when he became HR Manager at the Gela Refinery.
Between 2015 and 2020, he was Vice President HR Italy for Eni Refining & Marketing, Eni Fuel, Servizio Fondo Bombole Metano and Eni Trading & Shipping.
In 2021, he became HR Manager for Eni Green/Traditional Refinery and Marketing, and in October 2022, he became Head of HR Business Partner at Eni Rewind.
