Born in Cagliari in 1966. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cagliari.
Experience
In 1995, he began his career with EniChem S.p.A. in technical services as Maintenance Engineering Specialist in Porto Marghera, where he became Organization Manager.
From 2002 to 2004, he was first at AgipPetroli, as Manager of the Venice Area Personnel Department, and then at the Gela Refinery, as Manager of Personnel Organization and Information Systems.
From 2007 to 2013, he held various positions within Eni's Personnel Management, including Manager of Industrial Relations, HR Planning and Labour Costs, and Personnel Management Services. In 2014, he took on the role of Human Resources Director of Eni's Refining & Marketing Division.
Since July 2018, he has been Manager of Human Resources Business Partner at Versalis, where he has led the integration processes of the assets acquired from Mossi&Ghisolfi in Crescentino and of the company Finproject, of which he is a Board Member.
He now holds various corporate positions in Versalis’ foreign companies and was recently appointed to the Board of Directors following the strengthening of the partnership between Versalis and Novamont in the field of renewable chemicals.
