Born in Conegliano (Treviso) in 1971, he graduated in Chemical Engineering from the University of Padua.
He joined Enichem (now Versalis) in 1997. In 2006 he became Manager of Styrenic Polymer Process Technology and in 2011 of Polymer Process Technology.
From 2012 to 2017, he was Manager of the Research Centre in Mantua, where he managed resources and projects for the Styrenics, Polyethylene, Basic Chemistry and New Materials sectors.
In 2018, he held the position of Styrenics Operations Manager.
From 2019 to 2020 he took on the role of Styrenics R&D Business Partner Manager leading the circular economy projects related to EPS and PS Revive.
Between 2020 and early 2022 he was Manager of the R&D Network and New Technological Platform, with responsibility for coordinating the research centres in Mantua, Ferrara and Ravenna. In his role, he also deals with chemical recycling of plastics and circular economy projects for plastics.
Since April 2022, he has been Manager of R&D and Technological Innovation.
